　　鮮活貨物如何按零擔(dān)托運(yùn)？

　　鐵路不辦理零擔(dān)鮮活貨物的冷藏、保溫、加溫、通風(fēng)運(yùn)輸，因為鮮活貨物的品類繁多，使用的運(yùn)輸方式，選用車輛各不相同，因而零擔(dān)鮮活貨物的配裝非常困難，貨物集結(jié)時間長，不利于加速貨物送達(dá)，且零擔(dān)車無押運(yùn)人，不利于保持貨物質(zhì)量。

　　但使用一般貨車短距離運(yùn)輸時，各鐵路分局(總公司)可根據(jù)管內(nèi)具體情況，開辦某些鮮活貨物的管內(nèi)零擔(dān)運(yùn)輸，跨鐵路分局(總公司)或跨局運(yùn)輸時，僅限能以一站整零車裝運(yùn)直接運(yùn)抵到站或以兩站整零裝運(yùn)至第一到站卸車，方可辦理。車站是否具備條件組織鮮活貨物的零擔(dān)運(yùn)輸，組織一站整零車或兩站整零，需要托運(yùn)人具體去聯(lián)系而決定。一般情況是難以辦理的。

　　But when using general van short distance transportation,the railway bureau(company)according to the specific situation of the pipe,tube less-than-one carload transport,and set up some fresh goods across railway sub-administration(head office)or when transported across the board,can only be shipped to a station zero car directly to the station or two standing the whole zero shipped to the first station unloading,can deal with.Whether the station is qualified to organize the LCL transportation of fresh cargo,organize one station or two stations,it needs the shipper to contact and decide.The general situation is difficult to handle.

　　必須指出的是：按零擔(dān)辦理的鮮活貨物，都是將特殊條件運(yùn)輸?shù)呢浳铮档蜑榘匆话銞l件運(yùn)輸，僅是一種權(quán)宜之計。托運(yùn)人必須保證零擔(dān)鮮活貨物在所提出的容許運(yùn)輸期限內(nèi)不致腐爛、變質(zhì)或死亡。

　　It must be pointed out that the fresh and fresh goods handled by LCL are all goods transported under special conditions reduced to general conditions,which is only an expedient measure.The shipper must ensure that the small cargoes of live cargo will not rot,deteriorate or die during the permissible period proposed.
